Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a software or IT consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of software applications, databases, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and expectations effectively.
- Familiarity with SAP Business One is a plus.
Junior Support Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to clients via phone, email, and chat.

- Document and track support requests using the ticketing system.

Requirements:
