Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of client requirements and business processes to recommend effective solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand business needs.
- Design, configure, and implement functional solutions in alignment with client specifications.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and successful project delivery.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users, facilitating knowledge transfer and system adoption.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, providing guidance on best practices and functional methodologies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance service offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in functional consulting or a related role, with a strong focus on ERP systems or business applications.
- In-depth knowledge of specific business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR) and their associated software solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive project success.
- Strong leadership skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
