Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software and system-related issues.
  • Document and track support requests using the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and technical teams to escalate complex issues.
  • Conduct initial analysis of client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including FAQs and user guides.
  • Participate in client training sessions and help prepare training materials.
  • Stay updated on product features, updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support roles is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
