Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software and system-related issues.
- Document and track support requests using the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and technical teams to escalate complex issues.
- Conduct initial analysis of client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including FAQs and user guides.
- Participate in client training sessions and help prepare training materials.
- Stay updated on product features, updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Experience in customer service or technical support roles is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
